SMITH MAHINE CHEST PRESS - 30KG 10 REPS 40KG 8 REPS 50 KG 6 REPS (PB)
PEC DECK 3 SETS 10, 8 6 MAX WEIGHT 60KG ( OUCH )

TRICEPS CABLE EXTN - 35KG - 10 REPS - 45KG 7 REPS 45KG 6 REPS

PLATED DIPS ON SQUAT RACK - 10 KG PLATE - 10 REPS - 15KG - 8 REPS 20KG - 7 REPS

CARDIO - CROSS TRAINER AND BIKE
