By the way I bought myself a little bag of sunflower seeds from Tescos last night to try, cost 22p (i think..) for 100g and for that you get 600kcals, 23.5g protein and 47.5g fats. What a power pack! Doesnt taste bad at all and just keep it on my desk to munch on thru the day. Got some pumpkin seeds too but not tried them yet - they dont look too appetising.
I will have a look for them tomorrow, 22p for 23 grams of protein and 50 of good fats, got to be happy with that.
