Knowledge knowledge and more knowledge the more you know about yourself and nutrition and training the easier it is to grow.

Your brain is the most anabolic thing that we have,it is what drives us,mostly through our thoughts and most definetly through our subconcouse(sp)learn to tap into that,stay calm at all times,getting stressed releases tons of negative catabolic hormones,so learn to picture in your minds eye what you want to achieve from training/dieting etc,and do it regulary and you will go far thats a certainty.

Try every diet know to man and try them yourself without trying you will never know what will happen and how your body will respond and try them for a month or so to give them a chance to produce good or negative feedback.

Training=same as above just like diets there is more than one way to skin a cat.

As for supplements well if your new to this then I would suggest just sticking to a good quality multi vit/mineral(solgar or quest) till you have tried various diet and training routines and learnt to listen to your body and be able to respond to its feedback.

There are no magic bullets no matter what gear suppliers/gurus or supplement manufacturers would have you believe,then again there is GOOD QUALITY WELL STRUCTURED FOOD/EATING PLAN.

I assume you are wanting to do this naturally and if so I take my hat of to you sir,wished I had stayed natural,that is were the challenge really lies.

After all my years doing this I am starting to come round to the thinking that steroids are just a copout(gonna get slaited for that remark,so bring it on)and a scourage upon the sport,people start way way too young and do far far too much without really knowing anything about the other two main asopects of the sport,DIET AND TRAINING and in that order DIET IS 80% of what it is all about about then training then other stuff depending on what path you choose to follow not hte other way around like a lot of people do ie,80% drugs.
