I drop dumbells, specially when doing incline and shoulder press and using 40 to 45kg till failure. I'm not proud of it and normally cringe at the noise afterwards. But I'd rather fck a dumbell up than injure myself trying to put a piece of metal down. Plus I have the money to replace if I broke it.

I don't scream but don't mind screamers but make sure you doing some serious weight and I mean the kind where your a-hole wants to explode from too much straining!!

Social gymers training in groups are a pain but if you see them standing there talking politely ask them how many sets they doing and do they mind if they actually get on with them. Then be helpful and show them where the coffee shop is so they can enjoy hours and hours of chit chat.

But walking around with carpets is compulsory, also breathing in deeply to push out your chest is a must and wear the tighest shirt you can find. Heck cut 3 holes in a condom and put that on. Makes you look mean and 'ard!! male hot pants are also the way forward!!
