| training change? Hi
I started a training journal and by reading that you will see I have had a bit of a problem this last week.
I am wondering whether I am trying to do too much at once with my training and was wondering whether I should concentrate on dropping body fat before building muscle or stay as I am.
I had started to look quite bulky but not seeing any improvement in muscle definition. I wanted to get bigger muscles but without looking big - if that makes sense. I don't mind looking big if it is proper muscley looking. Any advice / ideas would be great! |
