My girlfriend is taking them at the moment, when she first started them she was taking 2 a day and was shaking like crazy, now she is taking 6 a day and doesnt shake at all. she says she doesnt think shes lost anything yet, i think she has lost a bit though. does anybody know at all how long ti takes to start noticing?
