We did have a very conservative target for the end of the 1st trading year, but it looks like we'll smash those figures before the end of the 3rd month.
I was very cautious to make sure we would keep afloat even if there wasn't a flood of people come to join right away. There are no guarantees in business, but if we get the formula right (and I think we have so far) & stick to the plan then we stand as good a chance as anybody. We haven't had anyone come in the place & not like what they see (except maybe owners of other gyms in the area
)
