Trained legs on thursday this week and even though it didnt feel like the most positive workout - it was productive.

DEADLIFTS 60KG X 10
80KG X 8
90KG X 6
102.5KG X 3

ANGLED LEG PRESS 100KG X 10
120KG X 8
160KG X 8 (PB)

LEG CURL 45KG X 8
55KG X 6
57.5 X 5 (hams were screaming no more at this point)

WALKING LUNGES 8KG,9KG, 10KG X 10 REPS

Today is sunday and my glutes still feel like they have been kicked!
