I like Egg whites, chicken, steak, potatos, all fruit. Im not a fan of the
Green Vegetables. I will have carrots and corn and mashed potatos.
I am 6 Foot 1 19 Years Old And weigh Approx 154 Pounds.
Please guys help me out on a good Breakfest, Snack, Lunch, Snack, dinner.

I understand, Mrdaveyk.. Problem with me is, I rarly eat vegetable. l0l anything that is green I do not like. I believe im probably eating about 2500 calories a day. Can you send me a little list on stuff that I could eat please? This is my #1 main problem with lifting. Is my diet, Im hungry alot just cannot find good things to eat. Here is how my day would go.. For instance a monday.
Breakfest: Bowl of cereal Raisen bran with little milk. 1 Banana about 8-10 AM
Snack #1 Protein Bar, Bottle Of Water
Lunch: Bagel with butter or peanut butter & little jelly with some fruti and more water
After Gym: Protein Shake after the gym little snack.. Peanuts or more fruit
Dinner: Steak or chicken or some others. Any help please
