yes mate exactly that, i did know plenty before this time as i had been succesful but in this year i had to pay more attention to diet and training so that i could keep ontop when you have used gear for as long as i had at that time this was hard going....
i can pretty much garentee many guys fill the void that is left by not paying attention to diet with steroids i know this as i used to do it myself, since taking the time to see how my body reacts to different diets and training both on and off the gear has been shown in the results i have had over the last 3yrs....
