im a right competitive git and its guys like that, that keep me on the ball

my deadlift for example, some of the huge guys are lifting about 30/40kg less than me and i could see them watching me in the mirror today

just keep ya chin up mate, if you have a better diet at some point you are inevitably going to be up to par with them as you have something they wont

patience is all you need
