for the nattys, myself included those are some inspirational words to know that we are not always missing out on gains

obviously theres a big discussion about that but to keep it simple, you saying the year helped you and your dietry knowledge really gives abit of a sigh of relief

im dreading the day i hit my natural limit as im unsure of what i shall do to be fair

time is on my side right now though and those thoughts are of the future
