i just cut the chicken breast up in to strips with scissors, wack it all in a large pyrex dish
give it a good old drizzle of olive oil + lemon juice, some black pepper (some wine if you have drinkers in the house lol)
Then if i want plain chicken a bit of balsamic viniger, or a very healthy amount of Jurk or papprika or peri peri spice
give it a good old mix, cover with cling fim and stick it on the fridge over night
then cook it 200 c for 35-45 mix in the oven
drain leave to cool, tupaware up... job done
add a bit of brown/tomato/BBQ sauce or whole gain mustard for taste .. yummy
