Well I have a thick 7ft bar (2" and a bit) thats 35kg that looks evil but its good for overhead work and grip.

If i had bigger hands i would have got a 3" bar but you need to have masive hands to use that. (that would have worked out around 50kg PMSL what a mans bar!) I beleve thats what apolons orignal axle was when you consider how thick his chalange bar was you can see why so few could lift his kit it was just so hard to grip.
