Re: Getting toned without having to eat 6 meals a day

Number of meals do not matter, however, meal timing does.
Breakfast is always a must as is eating after you work out.
Also try and evenly space out all your meals.
4 meals is plenty for most people and most goals, 3 imo is a little low.
