eat eggs between 47 minutes and 53 minutes before workout but only on a tuesday every other month.

only jokin, eat them whenever you want, personally I wouldnt an hour before as they are fat and medium release protein. Banana before and whey protein shake after but its splittin hairs imo as long as you are eating 6 decent meals a day it shouldnt matter.
you dont HAVE to eat 6 meals a day but it helps to burn fat. Keeps metabolism going and helps stop insulin spikes with bigger meals (3 meals a day) which promote fat storage.
