I wish our gym had smaller weights to go up by....
Dumbell bench pressing this is what we have to do:
3 sets (6reps per set)
1st set - 36kg
2nd set - 40kg
3rd set - 46kg
I aint strong enough yet to do the 46kg without a spotter and with good technique.... But we dont have anything between 40-46....
So its onto barbell bench to do that... Then its progressively larger weights....
BUT like said above, i try to make sure that every time its slow, controlled and really good technique so the next day i feel incredible burns from the workout.
You see people swinging them about, and going way to fast like they trying to see a blur. Not worth it.
