| Bench Press Been on here awhile just reading and gettin some nice info so keep it up lads ,just had a question about my bench press routine,i do 3 sets of 6 reps ,my first set at 90kg then second at 85 and third at 80, is this ok decreasing weight , i wouldnt be able to do 3 sets at 90kg and when i start out at 80kg and work my way up usually really struggle to get 6 reps in at 90kg |
