more than likely not but they would not increase compared to if you trained for strength...but you are not doing that ATM either

End of the day you are training for rugby....so train for it
So last week i did 30kg dumbbell row for 21 reps in total. This week i managed 23 reps, so your telling me i didnt gain strenght ?>
