Don't really know where to post this....

Hi,

Well, recently my training has taken a hit as i have had to focus on my A-levels, however, now they are finished I want to get back on track with my training.

I'm not a beginner by no means, however, I didn't really want to post in the advanced bb forum.

I'm back training at the gym and i have lost some muscle over the two months I haven't been training but i want to come back even stronger. At the moment I'm about 105kg and pretty lean tbh.

The problem is I'm not sure where to go with my routine. I went to the gym twice in the last two days and am glad to be back, my lifts have dropped, around 85kg on the bench (3x8) and 160kg squat (3x8).

I know heavy weight compounds are best for muscle building, so I am planning to do different muscle areas on different days. Really I wanted to know what lifts are best, I main exercises i do are squats, chest press, incline press, bench, deads, leg press, upright row. But should I add to this routine?

I'm also working on my diet which has been really poor lately, but as I'm going back to training i'm trying to start off by lowering my fat intake, upping protein but nothing to major at first.

I may also start a blog because there is a lot of stuff I need to consider. Even though I'm glad I;m training again I fell demotivated as my lifts have decreased and i don't look as good. Hopefully this will be a short turnaround. RANT.
