| Critique my routine please! Hi I've been going to a gym for 2 years now and made slight gains but really want to start on a strict routine now and bulk. Id appreciate it if you could critique my gym routine (push/pull/legs), which i'm fairly happy with!!
My main questions are what rep/set scheme to carry out on each excersise and if any other excersises need adding?
