Hi all - I havent updated my training log thread for a while as i have been busy moving house! My broadband will be available from my new house from next weekend so i will update regularly from then.
Training is going very well - except for one weak chest workout last week - deadlift is up to 102.5kg and i had a really good back and tri workout yesterday - feels like I have been kicked in the back which I quite like
