Thanks Dave! I'm just sticking to a very blanket approach to reps and sets at the minute, and as I mostly train by myself haven't really moved much away from this. As I said, I really don't know it all; but thought strength training was lower reps than I was doing, higher weight? I guess my main goals are to increase lean mass whilst maintaining a low bf% - original, huh...

Will my routine as it is promote this sort of development?
