| Chest Improvements I wrote this thread yesterday but it seemed to have vanished!!!
Iam looking to improve my chest, as its the muscle iam lacking.
I have increased exercises and intensity
also i have added drop sets and forced reps.
I train chest once maybe twice some weeks.
my chest has come out a little more but is still behind compared to other muscle groups.
I weigh 12st 7lb and iam 23 years old
I can bench 3 sets of 8 on 75kg
and can do 3 sets of 10 on 32 kg dumbells
Should i train my chest more frequent?
Could u guys give me any tips or workouts to improve my chest while maintaining a well rounded bod.
