Aim for 6 meals a day but dont stress over it. Work your meals into your current weeks routine, not the other way around. Personally Ill have a shake in the morning but cook some eggs aswell. Wrap them up and eat them hour later when I get to work. Another meal at 11 then dinner between 1 and 2. Meal before I leave work, home for an hour or so chillin. Make dinner, gym then a shake before bed. |
