| Re: Serious Mass Been taking serious mass for a couple of weeks now.
At first i went with the suggested serving of 2 scoops, this filled my usn shaker up to around 3/4 full of powder, and when mixed it was like trying to drink an average sized birthday cake blended with cement, and i always felt sick after drinking even a quarter of it.
I take half a serving now and for some reason it fulls me up for ages, to the extent that even taken immediatly post workout, even after going for a swim sauna and shower then driving home i still struggle to eat a meal.
Think i will be switching products sometime in the near future! |
