| Steroids are just a little extra boost for when you have come to a plateau from years of hard consistent training and more importantly eating. I trained for a year with no eating regiem and put on about 8lbs. When I started eating chicken, steak, tuna and rice 4 times/day with a protein shake or two thrown in for good measure I put on 2st in the next year and 1st the year after........ Then I started on a steroid cycle.
My take on the importance of each element of bodybuilding is that training is about 30%, eating is 65% and the roids are only 5% of the equation. |
