The boy i train with takes on training days, creatine before work out, glutamine 1 servin breakfast 1 straight after workout, 1 L-argine before workout , x cut, multivitamins, milk thisle tablets 2 tablets 3 times a day and protein about 3 servings daily. I thought when he told me, jesus do you rattle when you run? Is this to much do you think? |
