| Re: Six Pack Missing out one thing here. To have Abs show through when bulking they have to be developed just like any other muscle. Ive seen marathon runners with real low bodyfat yet no Abs.
Its always a good base to bulk from a dieted down state and then you can better monitor your increase in fat levels.
Now if your dieted down and your abs arent exactly ABS if you know what i mean then get some crunches in and thicken that ab muscle, ie develop it. Then as you bulk the muscle will show through the bulk a bit better, although not to a cut level |
