Google it mate. Type in cals in food and it will come up. People can stay lean all the time but they will always put on abit of fat. Read up some cutting techniques like carb cycling etc. If your stuck at a poin then something needs to change. The way i see it is get to the bf you want. Then start bulking, you will notice alot more at a lower bf that you are putting on fat. Its harder to notice at the higher end.
