Whatever you do n (whether bulking or cutting ) try to keep healthy oils in your diet! Read some of PSCarbs excellent tips on this site.
If you are currently including so called low fat products try cutting them out. They are often full of wheat biproducts that cause bloating....... worth a try- it worked for me! |
