3 tps will be enough there will be little benefit over that level, after that add other oils from extra virgin olive oil (get one in a dark bottle), virgin coconut oil, eating oily fish and whole free range eggs. Plus almonds aren't too bad either but they need soaking for 8 hours before eating so they are a bit of a pain. Mixing it with protein powder is fine.
