Diet and lifestyle do play a big part, if one drinks it can elivate estrogen, many foods have phytoestrogens in them too.
Cruciferous vegetables, have an influence on estrogen (good).

My bloods come back on friday (not looking forward to the results), I got gynecomastia in my teen years thats stayed with me and my body fat storage places indicate high estrogen.

I don't drink, phytoestrogen's will lower estrogen if you have high estrogen already as they compete for receptor space and are weaker than natty estrogen. I already eat pleanty of veg and when I use an AI my bodyfat storage starts to change. I'd say it's a safe bet, I will know for sure soon.
