| Re: 3 Weeks In A small update here, I guess I am looking for comments.
I spent around 1 month out of training and dieting due to house problems, and finally moving into my own place. I lost some strength and I dropped to 12 1/4 stone.
I am now 13 1/2 stone, and my strength gains are excellent.
I can bench 120KG, Deadlift 140KG and Squat 150KG. This is the strongest I have ever been.
I go on holiday for two weeks next Thursday, and when I return I am going to be following the Mad Cow 5X5 routine for 12 weeks. Hopefully taking me to 14 - 14 1/2 stone with my bulking diet. I then plan to cut half a stone.
It's strange though, because I personally think I look tiny and look like carp in the pictures, when mates always compliment me. Is this simply because you get used to your body and want to acheive more? Or, do I just look tiny and carp? lol. |
