No worries.
My perspective is formed from having been training for about five years, two & a half of which properly, diet is good, however I have reduced it from almost half a kilo of oats & 400g+ of protein a day (in addition to other foods) as I got too fat, with too little in the way of muscle/strength gains to show for it.
Training is sensible, & I get 6.5-7 hrs sleep (albeit broken once or twice by my daughter) each night.
Other lifestyle factors are unlikely to have a major negative impact, yet I can't bench much more than 70 & was squatting & dead lifting up to 120/160 before back/knee issues put these exercises on hold for the time being.
Maybe I can gain a little more, but that would take a very long time indeed without any assistance.
