Now i am about 182 cm tall and my weight is 72 Kilograms.
My Ultimate goal is to lose 5 Kilograms of fat (if that much "may be only 2 or 3 kilos") then i want to build stronger muscles to reach 75 Kilograms.
My legs are very tiny; i know i need to workout more legs excersises and that's enough to let me gain like 3 Kilos alone or more (i don't know)
I am not on diet!
