30 mins HIIT cardio (Bike)
15 mins cardio (incline trainer)
Felt great after this session.
Although there was some chick in the gym making sooooooo much noise! And it was putting me right off! OMG!!! First of all she was making kinda 'whooooosh' noises and proceeded to make really loud kinda groaning noises... and I mean really loud. I could hear her in the changing rooms.
No need for it IMO.
Was tempted to go and tell her to shut the fcuk up!
