It does increase blood sugar levels. So what! The beer (that I drink) is also not good..............lol
Atkins diet says to leave it alone. Fcuk that.
But what if you drink a cup before lifting? Feeling good and strength is up.
Everything in moderation;)
If that coffee makes you feel good (like me) then drink it.
