As said, I would have a slow releasing shake or a couple of boiled eggs + cottage cheese before bed - Fat+protein = slower digestion, cottage cheese = caesin protein = slower digestion....... I know people that have a shake made up and leave it by the bed and one who used to leave it by the loo so if he woke up to pee he would have some but would not wake up on purpose..
IMO sleep is more important. Plus, if your eating protein every 2 to 3 hours through the day, I would think your body will enjoy the rest it gets while sleeping.................. |
