Carb cycling is good but like everything else you have to get it ryt for you and if you have difficulties keeping a routeen then i would focus more on getting your diet up to speed first
I train 5 times a week, one of those days is cardio only and that works really well for me, i base everthing around my food and sleep, why dont you take your two days of nyte shift off and train all other days, get your cardio out of the way in the morning and on your weights days in the afternoon or evening when youve eaten the right amount of carbs ect, ut you must make sure your sleeping propoerly as well coz your no good if your too tired in the gym and your muscles grow when you sleep
sorry to point out the obvious but eben when youve been doing it for almost 3 years like me you need the basics pointed out again
