| Training around work. Hi People. I work some weird shifts and find training difficult to pull in at times. I work 2 12 hr days then 2 12hr nights then get 4 days off then it starts all over again. I tend to get to the gym on the morning of my night shift then i try and make at least 2 of my four days off. I never seem to find time for cardio. I get to the gym, do what i have to do then carry on with the rest of my day.
I feel shattered most of the time. My diet is not bad (could be better) Was thinking of carb cycling but didn't know if it would make me more tired.
Does anyone have any suggestions? |
