You all know my unfortunate problems with my leg.
I have to go back to the hospital on the 13th Nov and i am hoping they will stitch me up then.
This means i will be back in the gym December
Now. Im not going to start a proper cycle untill january and i am hoping that i am going to be growing like hell from it.
What with the long rest from AAS and also Muscle memory i "belive" that i should get my initial 15lb that i lost back on pretty quick, along with some extra.
Now, to help me through december i was thinking of running a plain simple Dinabaol cycle@50mg ED
I know i am a hater of Dianabol cycles only, but im not running this to get big, simply for strength to help me get back into the swing of things and get back to lifting.
What do you rekon?

1-4: Anadrol (A50`s, BD)@100mg ED
1-8: Sust250 (Kerachi)@750mg WK
1-8: Deca (Norma)@400mg WK
9-12: Winny (ORALS!)@50mg ED
Clomid Recovery, Nolva and Proviron on hand.
Thinking about adding some Tren into there too, what do you rekon? and if so, where?
Buy the time this comes round, i am hoping to be back up to about 210lb - I havent weighed myself for a couple weeks, but i rekon im still 200 - 205 (Sob - Want to be 225 again!)
