Well, the rule of thumb would be to concentrate on the dumbell exercises as they force your weak side to push the same as your dominant side. Having one side of the body bigger than the other is quite common. The only other way I could think of would be site injections in the smaller side and I dont know if I would go to that extreme but it is an option if it is really noticable. I think in time they will respond evenly and eventually be the same size.
Try dumbell exercises for chest and see if the small side is weaker. You will only be able to go as heavy as the small side allows you to go then just watch and see.
