Hello everybody - I am hoping one of you clever people can help me out. I am not a bodybuilder, just an ordinary mum and grandmother BUT not a grey haired old lady lol. I am normally an active and fit person but unfortunately have had both my hips replaced. This has left me pretty weak in that area and have been given exercises to strengthen my glutes. These exercises are really not doing much and I am really peed off with using a stick all the time..........PLEASE HELP and give me some proper exercises that I can do at home so enabling me to get moving again.
