| Re: Drinking on gear: I wake at 3pm, I train at 7pm I drink after work at 6am before bed, I work nights and as my job is stressful I sit and have a few beers before i go to sleep around 8am. Yes my diet is not great in terms of amounts but it is good food that I eat. I thank you for your advice but what is your waste of time is my life. I admit that I am not Peter Perfect, I was really wanting some hard facts about how and why drinking combats aas effectiveness. I have been training the same way on and off since 1986, I just want some pointers but I know I will never step on stage. I hope this helps you to see where I am with my training as I have said under my name "sometimes dedicated trainer", I think your goals fas surpass mine. But thanks for taking your time to reply. |
