| Re: WHICH ONES ARE GOOD best to keep changing mix things up a bit dont let your body get into a routine i does depend on what is best for you dont do what everyone else does as acids and such like are suplements try them for a bit one type at a time see which ones work for you then find a product sutable for you otherwise you can end up blowing a lot of cash for very little gain also there is no substitute for good food if you can afford it stick to a good protine shake just after you train and keep small meals going in four or more a day dont let body get hungry |
