Worked shoulders tonight(well tried to) In agony tonight at point where delt ties into arm (the v shape). Not sure what it is has been there a few weeks now but not getting better so time to drop the shoulders for a few weeks and use that time to blast the legs.
Well i said i would do this warts and all so have put some pictures up of the wheels(if you can call them that lol) They have come on leaps and bounds from what they were but need much more work. I am determined to sport a half sensible pair of legs on stage if nothing else. Only diet will really tell whats hidden under the fat layer so we will see.
I will be cleaning up my diet next week as some crap is beginning to creep into my daily intake. On that note have hardly sh1t at all this last week and am assuming that means i need to eat more?
