Well worked arms today and it was a pretty good session.
Started on tri's with straight bar cable pushdowns then superset with v bar pushdowns.
Then onto seated dumbell curls for bi's
The onto rope pulldowns for tri's with superset of overhead rope pulls
Finished off tri's with a set of skull crushers
The a set of 21's to finish bi's
Well last week of the SD now and to be honest need it to end anyway. growing well in areas that were weak before but the back pumps and cramps are now becoming pretty harsh. I will suck it up for the next few days though
