I feel like I've hit a massive wall, I'm starting to have alot of off days. I've just started taking "
SuperPump 250". First week was fine.. now I'm starting to feel abit lite headed after my sets :(
I'm stuck with my bench press also... can't seem to add anymore weights, its really starting to f***k me off. I'm only seeing improvement with my triceps
i've been on this routine for about 6 months, changing the odd exercise and equipment i.e, barbell to dumbells weekly.
I don't know what to do :e been changing reps and sets to 5x5 on and off..
