Beer or protein drink? Hey you know the answer to that....Neither, until I came off stage, then it was a long cool diet coke....Ah SO good.

The day came and went pretty quickly. But we celebrated on saturday (our wedding anniversary) with a full body massage at a health spa and a michelin star 3 course lunch, where we had our wedding reception 5 years ago to the day. I cant believe its 5 years, the very same year I competed for the first time.

Time does fly
